HyperMC Store Policies & Privacy Compliance

By purchasing a product from the HyperMC store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

HyperMC reserves the right to collect the data processed through our Tebex store. This includes but is not limited to: IPv4 Addresses, Purchase History, Discord & Minecraft Identifiers, and Products Purchases via our store. HyperMC will not sell or give your data to any third parties or unauthorized staff. 

[3.10] - By purchasing a product on our server store, you agree to: HyperMC's Discord & In Game Rules & Regulations, our Store Policies, and our Refund Policy. 

[3.11] - HyperMC has a strict NO refund policy. If there is an issue with your product or service, create a support ticket.

 [3.12] - If you process a chargeback, our Security Team is notified. Processing a chargeback is an automatic Network Ban from HyperMC Network and is unappealable.

 [3.13] - If you purchase a Network Unban, you are automatically unbanned by the Tebex bot. However, when you purchase, you must make a ticket in the Discord server to be unbanned by our Core Systems bot to be network unbanned. If you purchase an unban, this does not grant you immunity to the server rules, and you are able to be re-banned. If you violate HyperMC's Rules & Regulations or policies, the Ownership Team or Security Team reserves the right to ban you from our Network & Servers. 

[3.14] - A member of the Ownership or Security Team is permitted to ban you from our website services (including but not limited to: HyperMC Tebex Storefront, our main website, and any HyperMC official domain).

 [3.15] - Purposely intended to lag or harm the website will result in an automatic Network Ban and a ban from our website services. 

[3.16] - HyperMC uses Cloudflare for our websites security and DDOS protection & mitigation. 

[3.17] - If you purchase a product and were not already in the Discord server to claim your purchases, you can claim them automatically using the Tebex Discord bot by running /claim in the bot commands channel.

Subscriptions / Monthly Charges

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew based on the term you selected during checkout via Tebex. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into the Tebex portal or managing it through your email receipt.

Product Updates & Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or adjust any product at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to:

• Content Updates: The contents of a product may change over time. For example, a permission in VIP may be taken away, swapped out, or removed as part of ongoing maintenances and improvements.
• Weapon Statistics: Weapon or in game item purchases should be made because you enjoy the model, appearance, or attachments. The in game statistics of a weapons - including but not limited to damage, range, accuracy, recoil, and handling are subject to change at any time. We regularly make balance adjustments to weapons, including increasing or decreasing their performance, and no purchase guarantees that the current stats will remain unchanged.
• Purchasing any item constitutes your acknowledgement that future updates may alter its contents or behaviour, and that such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund or compensation

Rules of Usage

All purchased items are granted subject to your continued compliance with our server rules and community standards.

• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke access to any purchased item, at our sole discretion, if it is determined to have been used in violation of our server rules or community guidelines.
• A purchase does not constitute a licence to use items in a manner that disrupts, exploits, or harms the experience of other players or the integrity of the server.
• No refund will be issued in the event of a suspension or revocation resulting from a rules violation.

Updates to these Terms

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted. Continued use of our store or participation in our online services e.g Minecraft signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
